The internet has changed many things in our daily lives. The identity of people is one of them. The identification of people as users in the web is directly related with their reputation, privacy and security. Many issues have emerged from this way of presentation, which leaves a trail with many information that can be badly used by other users or companies.
To understand the process of the identity construction through the internet, it is relevant to know more about the term “digital identity” and the management of online reputation.
